We ship the orders in 24/48 hours days after receiving them (only during working days). The buyer can make any change or return until 30 days after receiving the order

We will only accept the change or return of new products (we will not accept used products or in case of application of the tip protectors). The shipping cost for the return or change will be paid by the buyer.

The seller will not bear the cost of the expenses in the destination countries (import taxes, additional expenses etc...).
